BTO - On January 18, the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Thuan province led by Mr. Le Quang Huy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment visited and worked with Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company and Vinh Tan International Port on the construction of a factory to consume ash and slag and import and export of goods processed from ash and slag.
Also visiting and working were Ms. Bo Thi Xuan Linh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, National Assembly Delegate; Mr. Nguyen Huu Thong - Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
The delegation visited and learned about the ash and slag processing plant of Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company. Up to now, the factory has completed the construction and installation of equipment systems, is running in an interlocking idle mode and is waiting for an environmental license to go into operation. It is known that the total investment in the ash and slag processing plant of Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company is nearly 400 billion VND with a factory scale of more than 4.3 hectares. The factory has a minimum capacity of 500,000 m3/year...
Through practical research, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation highly appreciated the company's efforts in investing, installing and completing the factory, ready for operation. The goal is to contribute to thoroughly handling the remaining ash and slag. At the same time, receiving opinions and problems from businesses to recommend relevant agencies to support and help the project come into operation soon. On the side of science and technology enterprises, specializing in research fields of industrial waste treatment, especially ash, slag and gypsum treatment of thermal power plants and chemical plants. The goal is to recirculate waste, save resources, develop the living environment...
On the same day, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited and worked with Vinh Tan International Port - Pacific Group regarding the reception of large-capacity ships to import and export goods from the ash and slag processing plant of Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company in the coming time. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation gave Tet gifts to businesses, along with wishes for good health and success in the new year.
Earlier, in the morning of the same day, the provincial National Assembly delegation visited and presented Tet gifts to a number of workers, laborers, and policy families with difficult circumstances in Tuy Phong district.
