Thanh Hoa: 346 candidates absent from Literature exam

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of June 26, along with more than 1.1 million candidates nationwide, more than 41,000 candidates in the whole province entered the first exam session of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam with the Literature subject, the exam time is 120 minutes.

This is the first exam organized under the 2018 General Education Program. In order to tighten the exam room work, ensure that the organization of the exam takes place seriously and in accordance with regulations, in the first exam session, representatives of the Department of Education and Training (GD&DT), the Provincial People's Committee Office and members of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam inspected the exam work at the exam sites of Tho Xuan 5 High School (Tho Xuan) and Cam Ba Thuoc High School (Thuong Xuan).

Information from the examination sites shows that with the attention and facilitation in all aspects of the functional sectors, local Party committees and authorities, the officers in charge of the examination at the examination sites work with a high spirit and responsibility, ensuring the examination regulations; candidates take the exam seriously, strictly comply with the examination room regulations; all stages of the exam are carried out according to the plan, roadmap and regulations; security and order inside and outside the examination area are ensured.

Through the inspection, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Ta Hong Luu noted that this is an important exam, nationwide in scale, so the exam sites need to strictly implement all stages of the exam. Each officer in charge of the exam must uphold the spirit and responsibility to perform well the assigned tasks, not allowing any unfortunate incidents to occur during the exam.

According to the Department of Education and Training, at the end of the first exam session, at 85 exam sites across the province, there were 346 absent candidates; no candidates or exam invigilators violated exam regulations. The percentage of candidates taking the Literature exam reached 99.16%.
