At the ceremony, the decision of the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of the Transport and Construction Industry was announced to establish the Trade Union of Shipper Binh An Company; appoint the provisional Executive Committee and positions of the Trade Union of Shipper Binh An Company; decide to admit 109 workers and laborers of Binh An Transport Business LLC into the trade union organization, operating at the Trade Union of Shipper Binh An Company from June 10, 2024.

The grassroots trade union of Shipper Binh An Company has the responsibility to fully implement the provisions of the Trade Union Law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; assign specific tasks to each Executive Committee member and prepare the conditions to hold the grassroots trade union congress in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The establishment of the Shipper Binh An Company's grassroots union helps build harmonious and stable labor relations, contributing to the overall development of the enterprise, and is also a highlight in the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, marking the expansion of union membership according to the general policy of the Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor in the following years.
