The Cong Viettel proposed foreign referee for the match against Ninh Binh

The Cong Viettel Club proposed to the tournament's Organizing Committee a plan to invite foreign referees to officiate the key match with Ninh Binh in round 6 of LPBank V-League 2025/26.

"The 6th round of LPBank V-League taking place on October 2 between Ninh Binh Club and The Cong Viettel is of great significance in the race for the top spot. With the goal of creating a fair and objective match, contributing to strengthening the audience's trust in the transparency and professionalism of the tournament, Viettel Sports Company respectfully proposes that the tournament's Organizing Committee consider inviting a foreign referee to officiate this match.

We believe that using foreign international referees will contribute to creating positive public opinion, enhancing the prestige and professional image of the tournament in the eyes of fans, as well as domestic and foreign media," quoted from the document sent by The Cong Viettel Club to VPF.

After 5 rounds, Ninh Binh Club is leading the rankings (4 wins, 1 draw), while The Cong Viettel is ranked 5th with 11 points (3 wins, 2 draws). Both teams are maintaining an unbeaten record in LPBank V-League 2025/26.
