The content and form of education are innovated and diversified, such as organizing seminars, competitions, visiting historical sites, etc. Thereby, each member not only improves his political capacity but also fosters love for the industry, love for the profession, and is ready to accept and complete all tasks. In particular, the members are also pioneers on the ideological front, actively writing news and articles to participate in the fight to protect the Party's ideological foundation in cyberspace.

The Women's Union of Regiment 4 held a conference to review women's work in 2024 and deploy directions and tasks for 2025.

From awareness to action, the Association's creativity is clearly demonstrated through practical models, imbued with humanity. Typical examples include the model "Supporting the training season" with cool drinks and thoughtful encouragement to give soldiers more strength on the training ground, or the model "Accompanying new soldiers" to help new recruits quickly integrate, ease homesickness, and feel secure in their work.

In particular, the “Godmother” model of caring for and supporting orphans due to the Covid-19 epidemic is not only a material aid but also a sharing of love, guidance, and creating a deep impression of the image of military women in the hearts of the people. In addition, the Association also coordinated with local women to implement the program “Military women accompany women in the border areas” in Chau Thanh commune, Tay Ninh province, with many practical activities such as propagating the law, providing medical examination and treatment and providing free medicine, contributing to strengthening the strong solidarity between the army and the people.

Major Phan Thi Kim Oanh - President of the Women's Union of Regiment 4 confided: "Our greatest pride is turning the emulation movement into concrete actions. As women in the military environment, we have to balance between professional duties that require high discipline and the duties of being a wife and mother in the family. In particular, for 4 consecutive years (2021-2024), the Women's Union of the Regiment was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Military Region 7 Command for its outstanding achievements in the women's movement and Union activities. 100% of members completed their tasks well and excellently, in which the excellent completion rate always reached 15-25%, 100% of the Union collective achieved the title of strong.
