Hanoi weather for the next 3 days: Continuous drizzle and fog, sunny at noon

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weakening cold air will cause cold weather with light rain and drizzle at night and early morning in Hanoi and neighboring provinces in the next 3 days (February 1-3).
