On October 12, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dien Ha, Hung Ha, Binh Nguyen, and Tan Thuan communes held the first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dien Ha commune strives to carry out two breakthroughs including: digital transformation and innovation in the Union's operation methods to suit the new situation; building a civilized - green - smart urban area associated with preserving cultural identity...; striving Every year, there is a digital transformation application model serving the work of the Union and the youth movement; implementing 5 youth projects and tasks associated with building green - clean - beautiful - smart cities; recruiting more than 100 new union members; providing career counseling and orientation for 1,000 union members and youth; introducing stable jobs to 20 youth.

* Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hung Ha commune

In the past term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hung Ha commune promoted activities to accompany young people in starting and establishing businesses, focusing on supporting job creation and increasing income for young people; at the same time, organized the giving of more than 200 gifts to policy families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and families in difficult circumstances on holidays and Tet with a total value of nearly 60 million dong; give 90 Gifts for new recruits with a total value of over 100 million VND; organized seminars and career counseling for 1,000 - 1,500 students; organized 62 volunteer campaigns; over 3,000 new members were admitted.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Hung Ha Commune Youth Union continues to promote the implementation of the "5 pioneers" movement including: develop science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; get rich legitimately; volunteer for the community; participate in building and defending the Fatherland...; strive to implement 5 youth projects and tasks, including 2 projects to digitize red addresses and 3 youth projects to protect the environment; 70% - 80% of youths participated in volunteer activities; 85% of union members were classified as completing their tasks well and excellently; 100 outstanding union members were introduced to grassroots Party organizations for consideration of admission into the Party.

* Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Nguyen commune

During the past term, the Youth Union and youth movement of Binh Nguyen commune continued to develop, gradually going into depth, substantively, with positive changes, closely following the local political tasks. The commune's Youth Union has successfully completed 9/9 set targets. Notably, it has attracted 85% of union members and young people to participate in volunteer activities; maintained regular activities of sports playgrounds and built and repaired 1 new multi-purpose sports playground; annually provided vocational counseling, career orientation, and introduced stable jobs to over 200 youth union members; over 60% of young people used online public services; every year 80% of union members were classified as having excellently completed their tasks.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Nguyen commune strives for each union base to have at least 1 activity or model of digital transformation application to serve the work of the Union and the youth movement; carry out at least 5 youth projects and tasks associated with the construction of new rural communes and advanced new rural areas; annually provide career counseling and orientation, and introduce stable jobs to over 850 youth union members; continue to introduce outstanding union members to join the Party, ensuring that 65% - 70% of new party members are admitted from union members.

* Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tan Thuan commune

In the past term, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of Tan Thuan commune continued to have new developments, gradually going into depth, substance, closely following the political tasks of the locality. Volunteer activities for community life have been effectively implemented, attracting the enthusiastic participation of a large number of union members and youth. The Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union and its branches called for support and presented hundreds of gifts to students, families of meritorious people, poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances in the commune with a total value of nearly 500 million VND; connected with the Thien Tam Fund to sponsor orphans in the commune with a total amount of 360 million VND. The Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union also organized 50 environmental sanitation campaigns in the martyrs' cemetery area and the youth self-managed road; Establish volunteer teams to help people who have to relocate and move their belongings to contribute to speeding up the construction progress of the 500 kV power line 3 project passing through the commune.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tan Thuan commune will constantly innovate its content and methods of operation; actively participate in building the Party and the political system; make practical contributions to building an increasingly civilized and prosperous homeland; strive for 100% of the Youth Union branches to be classified as having completed their tasks well or better; have 30 or more outstanding Youth Union members admitted to the Party and 600 team members admitted to the Youth Union.

At the Congresses, the Decision of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the communes of Dien Ha, Hung Ha, Binh Nguyen, Tan Thuan, term I, 2025 - 2030, and the delegation to attend the congress at a higher level, was announced.
