On October 12, Son La Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work. Mr. Le Minh Hung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee attended and gave a speech at the conference.

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Phan Thang An announced Decision No. 2452 dated October 5 of the Politburo on the transfer and appointment to hold the position of Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Lang Son province, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and related positions.

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, hold the position of Secretary of Son La Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term from October 15 and appoint him to join the Party Committee of Military Region 2.

At the 18th Congress of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem was re-elected as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term with a very high number of votes.

Mr. Le Minh Hung emphasized that Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem is a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and State management, determined, close to the grassroots, and capable of gathering and uniting within agencies and units.

During over 30 years working in Lang Son province, Mr. Nghiem has always completed assigned tasks well.
