Hanoi weather forecast said that from midnight to early morning of October 8, the inner city districts and suburban areas will continue to have scattered rain, light intensity. Temperatures will be stable at 25°C, air humidity will remain around 96-97%, and the northeast wind will blow gently with an average speed of 1-2 m/s.

Light rain appears intermittently from 0:00 to 9:00, concentrated more in Ba Dinh, Dong Da and Cau Giay districts. Although the amount of rain is not large, due to high humidity and thick clouds, visibility in the early morning is slightly reduced, only 80-90%.

From about 12 noon, the rain decreased significantly, the sky turned cloudy - light sunshine, especially clear from 13:00 to 16:00.

The temperature gradually increases to 28–30°C, humidity drops to 75–82%, creating a drier and more pleasant feeling than in the morning.

The wind blows gently from the southwest at a speed of about 1–2 m/s. The air pressure fluctuates around 1011–1013 hPa.

The ultraviolet (UV) index reached 6.8, which is considered high, so people need to cover up carefully when going outdoors at noon, especially children and people with sensitive skin.

After 6pm, Hanoi's weather gradually stabilized, with scattered clouds but no rain. Temperatures gradually dropped to 26-27°C, humidity returned to 90-95%.

Light northwest wind 1-2 m/s, visibility over 10 km, suitable for outdoor activities at night.
