Weather on September 28: Storm No. 10 is 360km north of Quang Tri, many places across the country have heavy to very heavy rain

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 6:00 a.m. on September 28, the eye of the storm was located at about 16.2 degrees north latitude, 109.7 degrees east longitude, about 360km east southeast of Quang Tri province, and about 150km east of Da Nang city.

Hanoi is forecast to have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in the afternoon and at night, with some places experiencing very heavy rain. Ho Chi Minh City will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain.
