2. Standards , condition Register for recruitment :

a) Be a Vietnamese citizen, 18 years of age or older;

b) Have a professional degree, foreign language certificate, or IT certificate appropriate to the position applied for;

c) Have a clear background, good character, ethics and health;

d) Not during the period of: Violating the law, being prosecuted for criminal liability, having limited or lost civil capacity or suffering from social evils.

a) Application form: ( According to the form ) number 01 of the Council Decree 85 / 2023 / ND - CP ) ;

b) Certificate of priority in civil servant recruitment (if any ) confirmed by a competent authority;

c) Notarized copies: Professional degrees, foreign language and IT certificates suitable for the applied position (with original for verification).

5. Lake sơ of people Okay Proposal for admission to office :

a) Application for job transfer (with the consent of the head of the agency or unit for job transfer);

b) Official dispatch from the agency or unit agreeing to the job transfer;

c) Personal resume according to current regulations, prepared within 30 days before the date of submission of application, with confirmation from the competent authority;

d) Copies of diplomas and certificates as required for the job position;

d) Health certificate issued by a competent health authority within 30 days prior to the date of application submission;

e) Self-assessment and evaluation of the proposed candidate on political qualities, moral qualities, professional qualifications and competence, and work process, confirmed by the head of the agency, organization, or unit where he/she works (if any).
