2. Standards , condition Register for recruitment :
a) Be a Vietnamese citizen, 18 years of age or older;
b) Have a professional degree, foreign language certificate, or IT certificate appropriate to the position applied for;
c) Have a clear background, good character, ethics and health;
d) Not during the period of: Violating the law, being prosecuted for criminal liability, having limited or lost civil capacity or suffering from social evils.
