In particular, the terrible devastation of storm No. 10 (Bualoi) has caused extremely heavy consequences and damage to people and property in the Northern and North Central regions. This is one of the serious and fierce natural disasters, leaving great pain and loss to many families, seriously affecting the lives and production of the people.
