Prime Minister inspects administrative procedure settlement in mountainous commune of Thanh Hoa

On the afternoon of October 14, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the work of handling administrative procedures and operating two-level local government in the mountainous border commune of Bat Mot, Thanh Hoa province.

The Prime Minister assessed that the two-level local government model in Bat Mot commune in particular and Thanh Hoa in general has become systematic, operates effectively, and serves the people; the administrative apparatus at the grassroots level operates smoothly, people can easily access public services, procedures are quick and transparent.../.
