Attending and speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of Bat Mot Primary and Secondary Boarding School (Bat Mot border commune, Thanh Hoa), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that the spirit of implementing the construction of boarding schools in the country in general and Bat Mot commune in particular needs to be implemented in the direction of everyone helping with what they have, with little help little, with much help much.
"Taking care of education is the responsibility of the State, the school, the society and each of us, so we must do it with all our heart, with all our purity, with all the enthusiasm of our hearts for the children. As for the students, we hope that they will be good and study well, and we hope that the teachers and the school will take good care of them," the Prime Minister emphasized.

The Prime Minister requested Thanh Hoa province to quickly deploy the construction of the school and strive to complete it by June 2026, in time for the new school year. Without boarding schools, many children cannot go to school, which is very difficult. This is an issue of educational equality. Sowing new knowledge will light up the children's dreams. At the same time, build each school neatly, avoiding small, scattered investments.
Regarding how to quickly and effectively build boarding schools in Thanh Hoa as well as other localities, the Prime Minister suggested that it is possible to call on and mobilize people to donate land to build schools. In cases where people do not have houses or land, the local government should soon arrange for them.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested local Party committees, authorities and relevant units to comply with the "5 guarantees": ensuring quality and progress; ensuring site clearance and material sources; ensuring technical, aesthetic, environmental sanitation, landscape, and labor safety; ensuring no corruption, negativity, loss, or waste; ensuring "wherever investment is made, it is effective", bringing benefits to the people, contributing to the socio-economic development and sustainable security of the province.
Bat Mot Primary and Secondary Boarding School Project is built on a total area of 1.5 hectares. The scale includes: a classroom building with 22 classrooms and 12 subject classrooms; 1 principal's house; 1 multi-purpose house; 1 traditional cultural house; library; sports ground; boarding and semi-boarding area for 260 students; public housing for 25 teachers, and other auxiliary items. The total investment is about 170 billion VND.
At the same time, Thanh Hoa province started the social housing project in Ham Rong Ward, with a scale of: 4 blocks of 25-storey buildings with a total of 2,376 apartments, with a total investment of 3,721 billion VND; started the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of WHA Smart Technology Industrial Park - Thanh Hoa (in Hoang Son, Hoang Phu and Hoang Giang communes), with a scale of 178.51 hectares, with a total investment of 1,320 billion VND.
