A 2024 study at Tokyo Medical University found that people who drank lemon ginger tea twice daily for two months had an average 9% reduction in visceral fat, along with improved liver function and lower blood triglyceride levels.

How to make ginger lemon tea effectively

Ingredient:

- 3 to 4 slices of fresh ginger

- 200ml boiling water

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to use: Drink while still warm, best in the morning on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes after a meal. For people with gastritis, avoid drinking on an empty stomach. Maintain 1 to 2 glasses a day for at least 8 weeks to feel a clear change. You can add 1 teaspoon of pure honey (no more than 5g) to enhance the flavor.
