According to the report of the Standing Board of the CM-KT-NV Officer Title Review Council of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, after receiving the documents guiding the title review from the superiors, the agencies and units have conducted the review seriously, strictly, in accordance with the regulations and rules. The Standing Board of the Council has organized guidance and urgently carried out the work of reviewing and closely assessing each individual. The review process was conducted seriously, strictly, and in accordance with the regulations.

Based on the results of review, appraisal and acceptance of opinions from superior specialized agencies, the Standing Committee of the Council has completed the appraisal form of each member; compiled and asked for opinions from the Council members. 100% of the Council members agreed with the review results.

Up to now, the Standing Council has received 102 dossiers from 9 agencies and units: Military Science and Technology Institute, Department of Operations, Department of Electronic Warfare, Department of Cryptography, College of Cryptography Engineering, Department of Standards and Quality Measurement, Department of Military Training - School, Brigade 144 and National Defense Military Magazine, General Staff.

Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan chaired the conference.

At the conference, the Council for reviewing the titles of CM-KT-NV officers of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army voted to approve the review results.

Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan commended the agencies, units and the Standing Body of the Council for conducting serious and strict review and organizing the appraisal in accordance with regulations; at the same time, requested that after the conference, the Standing Body of the Council complete the documents reporting to the Council of Titles of the sectors, and the Ministry of National Defense for appraisal and approval of the dossier according to its authority.
