This is the first congress, serving as a basis for drawing experience and successfully organizing women's congresses at all levels in Corporation 28, General Department of Logistics and Engineering. Attending and directing the congress was Colonel Tran Doan Thoan, Deputy General Director of Corporation 28.

During the past term, the operations of Binh Phu Joint Stock Company, 28 Corporation faced many difficulties due to the disruption of the global supply chain affecting the source of raw materials, the trend of small-scale fashion products with difficult-to-sewing fabrics becoming more and more popular, along with the situation of labor fluctuations. The association and women's movement in the company were maintained effectively, accompanying the company to achieve good production and business targets.

The emulation movement “Women of Binh Phu Joint Stock Company unite - be creative, complete tasks well, build happy families” has created a strong motivation for female cadres and members to compete to contribute their talents, promote initiatives to increase labor productivity, product quality and contribute to raising workers' income. The Women's Union of the company has mobilized cadres and members to actively participate in social and charitable activities, and to contribute and support funds launched by superiors with an amount of more than 400 million VND.

In the new term 2025-2030, the Women's Union of Binh Phu Joint Stock Company strives for 100% of its organizations and members to register to carry out the emulation movement "Women in the Army with courage and intelligence, promoting digital transformation, completing tasks well, building happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era", striving to achieve the criteria of Vietnamese women in the new era, women in the Army with "Courage, intelligence, discipline, and humanity".

The superior delegates congratulated the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Binh Phu Joint Stock Company for the 2025-2030 term.

Along with that, strive for 100% of cadres and members to be equipped with digital skills and participate in safe interactions in the digital environment; 100% of cadres and members are fully guaranteed the regimes, standards, rights and legitimate legal interests according to regulations, and receive periodic health check-ups. The unit strives to annually classify 100% of members as having completed their tasks well, of which 30% or more have completed their tasks excellently, and the grassroots women's association is clean and strong.

The unit also identified breakthroughs as promoting digital transformation in women's work and women's movements, accompanying women to improve digital capacity; promoting gender equality, improving the quality of female staff; striving to increase the proportion of women participating in leadership and management in appropriate fields.
