On the afternoon of July 15, Steering Committee 138 of Thanh Hoa City held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Directive No. 09/CT-BCA-V28, dated August 19, 2014 of the Ministry of Public Security on "Promoting the movement of the entire people to protect national security (ANTQ) among religious people".

Speaking at the conference, Major General Tran Phu Ha, Director of the Provincial Police, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee 138 acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the achievements and results that the Steering Committee 138 of Thanh Hoa City has achieved in the movement of all people to protect national security over the past 10 years.

Regarding the upcoming tasks, the Director of the Provincial Police Department requested the Steering Committee 138 of Thanh Hoa City to continue raising awareness of the position, role, and special importance of building a mass movement to protect national security among religious people in the work of ensuring security and order to serve local economic development.

Party committees, authorities, departments, branches and organizations must focus on leading, directing, innovating the content, form and measures to improve the effectiveness of propaganda and dissemination of the Party and State's guidelines, policies and laws on religious affairs to Party members, key cadres in the political system, among dignitaries, officials and followers, improve the quality of the mass movement to protect national security and order in areas of religious communities at units, localities and bases, ensuring good performance of tasks. In addition, it is necessary to regularly pay attention to and listen to the thoughts, aspirations and legitimate needs of religious organizations and religious people to promptly address them in accordance with the law.
