At 11:45 p.m. the same day, the passenger returned to Noi Bai airport to call for help from the authorities. At the arrival terminal T2, he met Mr. Kieu Huy Hung - a mobile security officer on duty. Overcoming the language barrier with a translation tool, Mr. Hung patiently received the information and quickly coordinated with the authorities to search for the taxi.

Although the camera at the pick-up location did not clearly record the license plate number or image of the driver, thanks to the professionalism and urgent coordination, the authorities were able to identify the driver and contact him for assistance. This person then authorized a colleague to carry the backpack from Hanoi back to Noi Bai airport.
