Looking for relatives for newborn baby girl abandoned on the roadside

On March 22, information from the People's Committee of Hai Dinh commune, Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province, this locality issued a notice to find relatives for an abandoned newborn baby girl.

This baby is being cared for by Ms. Phung Thi Phuong, resident of Thien Tay village, Hai Dinh commune, who discovered it.

Previously, on the evening of March 20, Ms. Phuong discovered the baby wrapped in a blanket and left in a basket containing children's items placed on the side of the road with a note that said: "Please help me raise my child due to difficult circumstances and I cannot raise my child."

Ms. Phuong reported the incident to the local authorities to find relatives for the child.
