Organizing a truly unique and highly influential Patriotic Emulation Congress

On the evening of October 20, at the Government headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh , Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council (Council) chaired the 14th meeting of the Council to review and give opinions on the preparation and organization of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress; at the same time, continue to strive to complete the tasks of 2025 and the entire 2020-2025 term, making achievements to welcome the 14th National Party Congress.

Also attending were Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien, Vice Chairman of the Council; Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan, First Vice Chairman of the Council; Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Council; President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang, Vice Chairman of the Council; leaders of ministries, branches, and central agencies who are members of the Council.

Concluding the meeting, the Prime Minister requested that the date for the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress be agreed upon in the first half of December 2025, in balance with the meeting schedule of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly .

The Prime Minister assigned the Central Emulation and Reward Committee to coordinate with Vietnam Television to have images solemnly introduce each typical example; the Ministry of Home Affairs has instructions to review the cases that need to be honored in agencies, units and localities according to regulations.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress must be organized in a solemn, serious, joyful, healthy, unique, highly influential, sustainable and safe spirit; and requested Hanoi City to closely coordinate with relevant agencies and units to prepare well, thoughtfully and safely the facilities serving the Congress.
