The special feature of the project is its dual goal: to preserve traditional cultural identity and turn the Kate festival into an attractive cultural tourism destination in the sunny and windy land. With a total budget of more than 10.3 billion VND, the program focuses on 3 main pillars: supporting traditional ceremonies, investing in infrastructure and developing accompanying cultural and tourism activities.
