Assuming that it is possible to implement it in stages, he pointed out: "If the Hanoi - Vinh high-speed railway section is completed early and people only take 1.5 hours to travel, it will be great. The plan to implement the whole project is 10 years, but we try to speed it up, not let it drag on because people are really looking forward to it."

However, according to the General Secretary, this is only the initial result and there are still many challenges ahead.
