Hai Phong City supports Hue City with 3 billion VND to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

HNN.VN - On October 3, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City organized a reception to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 from the working delegation of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City, led by Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue city received 3 billion VND from the working delegation of Hai Phong city.

Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Pham Thi Ai Nhi quickly reported on the damage caused by storm No. 10. Immediately after storm No. 10 passed, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - City Relief Mobilization Committee organized delegations to visit and grasp the damage situation in the localities; at the same time, coordinated with local authorities to discuss practical and effective initial support solutions.

Sharing the difficulties with the people of Hue City who suffered losses due to natural disasters, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan and members of the working group presented 3 billion VND to promptly support and encourage the people of Hue City to overcome difficulties, restore production, and stabilize their lives; at the same time, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and mutual love of the people of Hai Phong City towards the provinces and cities affected by natural disasters.

Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Pham Thi Ai Nhi respectfully expressed her thanks to the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Phong city for their meaningful attention and sharing with people affected by natural disasters in general, and the people of Hue city in particular. At the same time, she committed to receiving and using the support funds in a public, timely, and appropriate manner.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city received support for the people of Hue city affected by natural disasters and floods from singer Tung Duong and the magazine Life & Law in the amount of 150 million VND.
