The Department of Education and Training encourages the center to cooperate with prestigious foreign language teaching and testing organizations in the world in building programs, organizing training, and granting certificates and diplomas to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.

In addition, as required, foreign language and information technology centers must make periodic reports twice a year, in June and December each year. In case the center fails to report its activities as prescribed, the Department of Education and Training will coordinate with relevant agencies to verify the operation situation and conduct surprise inspections to ensure the legality and rights of students and parents.
