On September 27, heavy rain flooded many streets in the old Vinh city area.

In the process of flood and storm prevention, it is necessary to promote the role and responsibility of the unit leader in directing and implementing disaster prevention measures. Absolutely do not be passive or surprised in responding, especially to the risk of flash floods and landslides, in order to ensure absolute safety for the lives of cadres, teachers, staff and students, and minimize damage to property and school buildings.

According to the warning issued by Nghe An Hydrometeorological Station at 5am on September 28, storm No. 10 is moving very fast, almost twice the average speed. The storm is strong in intensity, has a wide range of influence, and can cause a combination of many types of natural disasters such as strong winds, heavy rains, floods, flash floods, landslides and coastal flooding.

From the afternoon of September 28, on the mainland in Nghe An province, the wind gradually increased to level 6-7, then increased to level 8-9, near the storm center level 10-12 (wind force can knock down trees, houses, electric poles, causing very heavy damage), gust level 14.

From September 28 to September 30, Nghe An province will have heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.
