Ho Chi Minh City trains in AI application in administrative work

The program aims to implement the Party and Government's policies on science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation ; at the same time, concretize the Implementation Plan of the Program " Digital transformation of Ho Chi Minh City " and the Project " Building the City into a smart city " by 2025 .

The training course contributes to raising awareness, knowledge and skills in applying artificial intelligence for cadres , civil servants and public employees in administrative work , archiving , receiving citizens and providing general consultation. At the training session, Dr. Tran Quy - Director of the Vietnam Institute of Digital Economics introduced an overview of artificial intelligence , large language models (LLM), ChatGPT tools , Gemini and practical applications in the public administration sector. He shared the AI - Human vision , emphasizing that officials and civil servants need to develop their own " AI level" , paying special attention to skills that AI cannot replace such as creativity , critical thinking and emotional intelligence .
