Compared to its predecessor, the overall appearance of the vivo X300 Pro has become more square and sturdy with flat beveled edges. The large circular camera system on the back creates a distinctive design feature of the vivo X Series.
The matte finish on the back helps to reduce fingerprints during use. The body is 7.99mm thin with curved corners, creating a relatively comfortable and secure grip.

The device also supports dust and water resistance according to IP68 and IP69 standards, allowing users to feel more secure when using it in many environmental conditions.
vivo X300 Pro is equipped with a new generation AMOLED screen from BOE, measuring 6.78 inches with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen border is thinned evenly on all four sides for a good visual experience.
This display has a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits and can be reduced to a minimum of 1 nit for better eye protection when used in low-light environments or at night.

The device integrates the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage options. The device is equipped with a large capacity 6,510mAh BlueVolt battery, using Silicon Anode technology.
The camera system on the vivo X300 Pro is significantly improved compared to the previous generation. The device is also equipped with the vivo V3+ chip dedicated to image processing.
The main camera has a resolution of 50MP using the LYT-828 sensor co-developed by vivo and Sony. This sensor has a size of 1 / 1.28 inches and is integrated with VCS 3.0 technology for more accurate color reproduction. Meanwhile, the 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera uses the Samsung JN1 sensor.
The highlight of this camera system is the periscope lens with a focal length of 85mm. The center of the system is a large 1/1.4 inch HPB sensor with a resolution of 200MP, co-developed by vivo and Samsung. This sensor has an aperture of f/2.67, is coated with ZEISS T* and is ZEISS APO certified.

The entire camera cluster is equipped with CIPA 5.5 standard optical image stabilization, ensuring clear and stable images even when shooting telephoto at long distances.
The Ultra-Efficient Imaging NPU on the Dimensity 9500 was co-developed by vivo and MediaTek, combined with the BlueImage algorithm to help the device focus and track motion better. vivo said the device can focus and respond to shutters at the millisecond level, increasing tracking stability by more than 200% compared to before.
A quick test with portrait mode at 5 different focal lengths from 24mm to 135mm, all 5 images have good reproduction quality in terms of color, detail and contrast. Skin color is reproduced naturally, facial details are clearly and sharply shown. Small hairs in the periphery are also accurately recognized and are not blurred into the subject.

In terms of video recording capabilities, the vivo X300 Pro supports 4K 60fps Portrait Video recording. Both the main camera and telephoto camera support 4K 120fps Dual-Channel EIS, allowing for professional Dolby Vision HDR video recording.
In addition, the camera also supports 4K 120fps 10-bit Log recording at all focal lengths and integrates ACES color processing, helping to synchronize colors between devices and post-production software.
vivo X300 Pro is pre-installed on OriginOS 6 operating system, integrating various AI features developed by the company itself. In addition, this platform also supports seamless connection with the Apple ecosystem.

vivo X300 Pro is sold in the Chinese market with a starting price of 5,299 yuan (equivalent to 19.6 million VND).
It is expected that this product line will also be available in the Vietnamese market next November. The device will compete directly with some rivals in the same segment such as iPhone 17 Pro Max, Xiaomi 17 Pro Max or Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
