Specifically, the special ticket class (34-seat VIP car) has a ticket price of 250,000 VND/ticket for the beginning of the week, and a ticket price of 300,000 VND/ticket for the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

With VIP tickets, passengers will be served 1 free drink of their choice (fruit juice, chrysanthemum tea, coffee, mineral water...) throughout the journey.

First class tickets (56-seat carriage with reversing function) cost 150,000 VND/ticket for the weekdays and 180,000 VND/ticket for the weekends. With this type of ticket, passengers are served 01 bottle of water.

Economy class tickets cost 105,000 VND/ticket during the week and 130,000 VND/ticket during the weekend.

A representative of the Railway industry said that during the opening week (from May 10 to May 18), there will be a 10% discount on ticket prices for all trains on the route (HP1/HP2, LP5/LP6, LP2/LP3/LP7 and LP8).

In recent years, the Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line has become "hot" with tourists, especially young people, with the food tour program to explore Hai Phong's culinary delights.

Tourists depart from Hanoi in the morning and travel to Hai Phong by train. Then, they visit famous tourist attractions in Hai Phong, enjoy delicious Hai Phong cuisine and return to Hanoi the same day by train.
