Over 1.5 billion VND to support the Cuban people through the Provincial Red Cross Society

According to the Provincial Red Cross, the program to support the Cuban people through the Provincial Red Cross account will end at 11:59 p.m. today (October 15). By 5:00 p.m. today, the amount of donations received through the Provincial Red Cross account has reached over 1.5 billion VND.

On the occasion of the "Vietnam - Cuba Friendship Year 2025" and the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries (1960-2025), responding to the call to support the Cuban people of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society , the Provincial Red Cross Society called on collectives, individuals, agencies and units in the province to support the Cuban people.

This is a practical activity to support the Cuban people to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics and blockade and embargo policies. At the same time, it fosters solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Cuba.
