Workshop "Candle of Gratitude" attracted many people to participate.

The workshop "Candle of Gratitude" of Hoang Sa Exhibition House has been held from July 14th to present, aiming to attract the public, especially young people to experience.

Coming to the workshop, the public is guided to make scented candles by themselves, freely choosing colors, fragrances, and designs, thereby creating handmade products with a personal and meaningful mark. Through records, the workshop "Gratitude Candle" received the attention of a large public, with dozens of people coming to participate every day.

For the first time making scented candles by herself through a workshop, Phan Xuan Nhi (residing in Cam Le ward, Da Nang city) said that this was a very interesting and meaningful activity. Here, Nhi learned about the process of making scented candles and freely created candles according to her preferences and ideas.

“More meaningfully, through the scented candles made by hand, with shapes and drawings, I and everyone can express our feelings and gratitude to the heroes and martyrs who are dedicating their blood and bones, sacrificing for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. In addition, this is also an opportunity for me to understand more about our country's seas and islands, to appreciate and be aware of preserving Vietnam's territorial sovereignty ,” Nhi shared.

Meanwhile, visiting Hoang Sa Exhibition House with his family and experiencing making scented candles, Mr. Le Minh Quan, resident of Son Tra ward, commented that the workshop "The candle of gratitude" was a very useful activity.

Not simply making scented candles, this is also an opportunity to educate patriotism and gratitude to our ancestors who died to protect every inch of our homeland's land and sea.

“Each candle is made in a different shape, but they all have the same meaning. That is the affection and gratitude of today’s generation to the heroes and martyrs in all parts of the country,” said Mr. Quan.

With this activity, Hoang Sa Exhibition House chose candle molds and decorative accessories made of sea creatures, aiming to educate, arouse and foster love for the sea and islands among the public. From there, it helps to raise awareness and responsibility of the young generation in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland today and tomorrow.
