VNPT Thai Nguyen believes that the province needs to plan concentrated tea growing areas, improve product quality, create an environment to promote investment in specialized processing, build brands, strengthen value chain linkages, develop markets and exports.

Accordingly, the implementation is carried out "digitally", starting from digital farming households; digital cooperatives and cooperatives; purchasing agents, purchasing management systems; companies, factories; material trading enterprises; growing area code management; commune agricultural boards; traceability.

Implementation roadmap, phase 1 (quarters I and II/2025) digitizes and issues codes for growing areas; phase 2 (quarters III-2025 and quarter I-2026) standardizes processes and develops value chains; phase 3 (quarter II to quarter IV/2026) expands and optimizes.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huy Dung highly appreciated the solutions proposed by VNPT and assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to be the focal point to concretize them into the province's policy; at the same time, he requested VNPT to closely coordinate in the implementation process. The two units must sign a cooperation agreement to implement and clearly define that the data uploaded is to serve the socio-economic development of the province.
