Electric vehicle startup Ultraviolette positions the X-47 as a multi-purpose motorcycle, suitable for city commuting, highway travel, and mixed terrain. The selling price of the Ultraviolette X-47 electric motorbike in the Indian market is 249,000 rupees - (equivalent to about 74 million VND), quite reasonable for a "green vehicle" equipped with many modern technologies.
One of the most prominent highlights of the X-47 is the UV HyperSense system – smart radar technology developed by Ultraviolette itself. This system works in conjunction with the vehicle's built-in cameras, providing a range of advanced driver assistance features such as blind spot warning, lane change assist, overtaking warning and rear collision warning. With UV HyperSense, the Ultraviolette X-47 is the world's first commercial electric motorcycle to combine both radar and camera to support safer riding.
In terms of performance, the Ultraviolette X-47 is equipped with an electric motor for a maximum capacity of 40 horsepower and torque of up to 610 Nm. The maximum speed this electric motorcycle can reach is 145 km/h and with a 10.3 kWh battery pack, the vehicle has a range of up to 323 km on a full charge. Ultraviolette also introduces a breakthrough in charging technology. The company claims the X-47 uses the world's highest power density air-cooled onboard charger, compatible with AC Type 2 charging. In addition, the car also supports DC fast charging and especially the Parallel Boost Charging feature - allowing two parallel streams: external charging combined with the car's built-in charger, thereby halving the charging time.
The Ultraviolette X-47 electric motorcycle has a 5-inch TFT screen and multiple driving modes including: Glide, Combat, and Ballistic. The vehicle has a built-in dash cam, Type-C wireless charger, and radial all-terrain tires. In addition, the car also has the option of adding a storage box for long trips. The driving assistance system also has 3 levels of traction control and Dynamic Stability Control.
