Provincial Center for Disease Control trains in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and practice fire fighting and search and rescue plans.

On October 17, the Provincial Center for Disease Control coordinated with the Department of Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue (PCCC and CNCH), Lai Chau Provincial Police, to organize a training course on fire prevention and rescue skills and practice fire fighting and rescue plans in 2025. Attending were Associate Professor, Master Nguyen Hong Hai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Disease Control, officers of the Department of Fire Prevention and Rescue Police, and 100 trainees from the grassroots fire prevention force of the Provincial Center for Disease Control and officers, civil servants and employees of the unit.

At the training session on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue, trainees were given basic knowledge about the Law on Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, causes of fires and explosions, some fire prevention and fire fighting measures, how to use on-site fire fighting equipment, skills to handle situations when a fire or explosion occurs, escape skills, rescue and practice using powder and gas extinguishers to handle fires, etc. by officers of the Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Police Department.

At the end of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Training Session, the trainees have improved their understanding of the law, knowledge of Fire Prevention and Rescue, basic skills of safety in fire prevention and fighting, can proactively and promptly respond to fire and explosion situations, and at the same time apply them well in practice. Be proactive and ready with fire fighting and rescue forces and equipment. Thereby, promote the role and responsibility in Fire Prevention and Rescue; actively and proactively prevent, fight and prevent to detect and promptly handle fire, explosion, incidents and accidents occurring right at the facility.
