Implementing the direction of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province in Official Dispatch No. 3106/UBND-KT dated October 4, 2025 on urgently repairing and restoring the domestic water supply system and ensuring water supply for people's daily life. After the floods caused by storm No. 10, many areas in wards and communes in the province experienced a lack of domestic water or prolonged weak water flow, greatly affecting people's lives.

On October 7, the Center for Disease Control conducted surveillance and collected 5 water samples at Tan An Water Plant and Song Bang Water Plant. Cao Bang Water Supply One Member Co., Ltd. is the place that supplies water to households in the area of ​​3 wards Thuc Phan, Nung Tri Cao, Tan Giang, in which 02 samples of water are taken from the tank after treatment at the water supply facility before being put into the distribution network and 03 samples are taken from the tap used randomly on the distribution network using clean water (in taps, water pipes, tanks...) to monitor the response to storms and rains, water treatment at the Medical Stations of Thuc Phan, Nung Tri Cao, Tan Giang wards .
