On the morning of October 10, Cao Bang Provincial General Hospital and PC1 Group Joint Stock Company jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding to sponsor the Project to support "Improving strategic management capacity and lean management thinking at the Hospital".

On the side of PC1 Group Joint Stock Company, there were Mr. Trinh Van Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors and a number of members of the Company.

The project to support "Improving strategic management capacity and lean management thinking at the Hospital " includes the following contents: Training in thinking, knowledge and methods of standardization, waste reduction and lean management for leaders, managers and medical staff of the hospital. It is expected that 90% of leaders, managers and medical staff of the hospital will participate, equivalent to 400 people trained. Consulting on implementing lean improvement (Lean) at the Emergency Department as a model for the hospital to replicate in the next phase. Providing additional facilities for the Emergency Department. Implementation time is from 10 months (from the time of signing the funding memorandum). The estimated budget to support the project is 915,000,000 VND .

The project was implemented at the Provincial General Hospital with the support of PC1 Group Joint Stock Company, not only helping to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency but also aiming to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, bringing satisfaction to the people.

Speaking at At the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding , Comrade Nong Van Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Health acknowledged and expressed gratitude for the support of PC1 Group Joint Stock Company in accompanying the health sector to improve hospital management capacity and improve the quality of medical examination and treatment services.
