Due to the influence of storm circulation No. 10, from the 28th - On September 30, 2025, in Cao Bang province, there was moderate rain, heavy to very heavy rain in some places, the water level in the main rivers rose higher than the historical flood peak of 1986, causing many streets to be deeply submerged in water. causing damage to property, vehicles, and crops of the people, including the families of 24 officials and workers of the Center for Disease Control, some of whom were on business trips. More than ever, families affected by natural disasters need the attention, help, and sharing of the community.
Speaking at the fundraising and support event, comrade Be Thi Bach - Party Secretary of the department, Director of the Center called on all officials and employees of the Center to promote the tradition of "mutual love and affection", "the whole leaf covers the torn leaf", actively participate in support, considering this a specific action, showing the sentiment, responsibility and obligation of officials and employees of the Center for Disease Control in the face of difficulties and losses of the people in general and of some officials of the unit in particular.
The general level of support is that each official and employee contributes at least one day's salary, and at the same time, groups and individuals who have the conditions are encouraged to continue to support in appropriate forms. The total amount of donations will be transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province to join hands to support people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters in the fastest time.
Leaders and officials of the Center for Disease Control donated to support the people of Cao Bang province to overcome the consequences of natural disasters such as floods and landslides caused by storm No. 10.
Also at the fundraising event, in order to promote the spirit of solidarity, mutual love and the spirit of "sharing food and clothes", the Living Department, Cao Bang Provincial Center for Disease Control mobilized all officials and employees, depending on their ability, to contribute at least 100,000 VND/person to support colleagues of the unit who suffered losses due to this flood. The amount donated at the launching event was 23,900,000 VND. All the donations were sent to 22 families of officials and employees working at the Center affected by storm No. 10 to share and encourage the families to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
