Innovation in facilities and service models
With the merger, the population and workload in Nha Trang ward increased significantly. To meet this need, Nha Trang Ward Cultural and Social Affairs Center has been upgraded and concentrated its operations at the new headquarters at 42 Le Thanh Ton.
The center is spacious, airy, modern, the waiting area has comfortable chairs, drinking water, fans, air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable environment for people. With the "Electronic One-Stop Shop" model: 100% of people's administrative procedures are received and results are returned at a single point, minimizing the need for people to travel to many places. An automatic queuing system and electronic information lookup are installed, helping the transaction process become transparent and orderly.

To ensure smooth and quality operations, officers and civil servants are transferred and thoroughly trained, committed to processing records on time, with a professional and friendly attitude.
Vice Chairman of Nha Trang Ward People's Committee Huynh Quang Tu said: "In the beginning, from July 1st, we were not able to work steadily, but under the direction of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and Nha Trang Ward Party Committee, we have now become familiar with the work and serve the people best. Over time, we have received high appreciation from the people in management and service work...".
Technology application: Solution for large volume of documents
The increase in workload after the merger was effectively resolved thanks to the thorough application of information technology. In particular, online public services were promoted by the Center and supported people to submit online applications at levels 3 and 4 through the National and Provincial Public Service Portals. This helps people not need to come directly, saving time, especially with common procedures such as certification and household registration.
The digital file management is carried out entirely at the reception, circulation and processing stages on electronic software, ensuring accuracy, transparency and easy lookup of file status. The center also arranges a separate computer area and support staff to guide people to perform online operations, especially for the elderly or those unfamiliar with technology.

Deputy Director of Nha Trang Ward Public Administration Center Phan Ngoc Kim Tram said: "Due to the large number of people coming to handle administrative procedures, the Center has arranged 3 non-professional staff to guide and serve people in digital application operations to minimize service time, so people do not have to go back and forth as many times as before...".
Satisfied with service speed and attitude
According to actual records, most of the people coming to do procedures at the Nha Trang Ward Public Administration Center expressed satisfaction with the processing speed and service attitude of the staff.
Coming to carry out administrative procedures at the Nha Trang Ward Cultural and Public Administration Center, Mr. Tran Ngoc Thanh said: “The administrative procedures are much faster and more convenient than before. The staff is very enthusiastic, anything you don’t know will be guided, very convenient…”.
Sharing the same feeling, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu shared: “Compared to before, I feel a lot different. All processes and procedures have been shortened, digitized on the computer, and the processing time is very fast…”.

The arrangement of administrative units has led to a great need for public administration management and services. However, with investment in facilities, application of technology and improvement of service attitude, Nha Trang Ward Public Administration Service Center has demonstrated its strong transformation ability, truly becoming a serving government, aiming at the goal of building Khanh Hoa province to be more civilized and modern.
