University of Finance and Marketing announced recruitment of student staff

(NLDO) - The University of Finance and Marketing has just announced the recruitment of valedictorian students for the position of lecturer.

The specific recruitment criteria are that students must graduate with the highest honors in their majors/training programs at the time of graduation from a domestic university or graduate with honors or higher from a prestigious university in the world that is recognized as equivalent in terms of degrees and certificates according to the provisions of law.

According to MSc. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung, Deputy Head of UFM's Admissions, Communications and Corporate Relations Department, the school recently held a meeting with parents and valedictorians of the 2025 training majors to grasp career orientation and share the school's policy of developing high-quality human resources in the new period.

At the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Quoc Viet, Vice Principal of the school, affirmed that this is a potential young human resource, the pride and also the future of UFM.

The school's consistent policy is to discover, nurture and promote excellent students, especially retaining excellent graduates and valedictorians to participate in teaching and research at the school. UFM will prioritize recruitment, arrange suitable jobs, and invest funds to support students studying postgraduate programs (master's, doctoral), aiming to build a team of high-quality young lecturers, meeting the requirements of integration and sustainable development of the school.
