Hunting for young man who killed someone in Lai Chau and then escaped

On the afternoon of May 16, Lai Chau Provincial Police said they were investigating a murder case that occurred at around 9:00 a.m. the same day in Bum To commune, Muong Te district.

The investigation agency identified the suspect as Luong Van Quan (born in 1989, from Phu Nham, Nghia Lo, Yen Bai , currently residing in Bum To commune, Muong Te district, Lai Chau). Before committing the crime, the suspect wore orange knee-length shorts and a dark long-sleeved jacket.

After committing the crime, the suspect escaped from the scene on a black-blue WAVE RSX F1 motorbike, license plate 25M1 – 104.53, suspected to be going towards Nam Nhun.

Lai Chau Provincial Police called on the perpetrator to surrender soon and asked the public to share and spread information so that the community knows and provides information about the subject with the above characteristics to serve the investigation process and promptly arrest the perpetrator.
