Currently, in Muong Khuong town, 4 community communication teams have been established, of which the Na Day residential group community communication team is considered the most effective. The 10 members of the team include 4 men and 6 women who are party cell secretaries, women's association branch heads and prestigious citizens who are active in social activities.

Mr. Ly Dung Chi, Secretary of the Na Day residential group Party Cell, was trusted to be the Head of the Community Communications Team. With a good grasp of the situation in the residential group and a sense of responsibility, Mr. Chi has specifically developed communication content and assigned tasks to members.
The propaganda activities of the Na Day Community Communication Team are integrated into meetings, cultural and artistic activities. The content of mobilizing people to change their thinking, eliminate gender prejudice, prevent and combat domestic violence, and eliminate backward customs such as early marriage and incestuous marriage is promoted.

Mr. Ly Dung Chi shared: We have participated in training and actively and proactively exchanged, learned, and shared experiences with members of community communication teams in other villages and residential groups to improve communication skills and content development experience, helping propaganda activities become more effective.
Ms. Lu Thi Hoa, Head of the Women's Association of Na Day residential group, is an active member of the media team. We went with Ms. Hoa to the homes of the women's association members and listened to her stories. Her friendly and approachable way of speaking helped make her propaganda content more effective.

Ms. Vang Thi Chan shared: Ms. Hoa often visits and helps my family understand gender equality. The family has only one child and does not favor boys or girls. We love both boys and girls equally, send them to school and practice family planning.
In the past two years, Ms. Hoa has encouraged the women of Na Day village to grow Muong Khuong native chili peppers and join the Na Day Chili Production Cooperative Group to develop the family economy . Ms. Hoa took the lead in planting 7,000 chili pepper plants, and 9 other women in the village also followed suit, such as Ms. Lu Thi Thuong, Lu Thi Nung, Lu Thi San, Luc Thanh Hue, etc. Each woman planted 5,000 plants or more and shared how to grow and care for chili peppers to produce high yield and quality, serving the production of chili sauce, contributing to creating the Muong Khuong Native Chili Sauce brand - one of the specialties of Muong Khuong district.

Ms. Lu Thi Hoa shared: In Na Day residential group, there are still many poor and near-poor households. Participating in the activities of the women's association helps many women gain more knowledge and motivation to develop their family economy, boldly shift the crop structure and do business in services and local agricultural products...
In addition to Na Day residential group, Muong Khuong town also has 7 villages and residential groups with special difficulties, such as: Nhan Giong, De Chu Thang, Choan Van, Sa Ho... Muong Khuong town Women's Union has become a bridge, connecting women through the movements and activities of the union, sharing experiences in developing production models such as growing tangerines, growing chili, raising black pigs... helping each other develop the economy.

Ms. Ha Ngoc Anh, Vice Chairman of Muong Khuong Town People's Committee said: To deploy and effectively implement the objectives of Project 8, we promote the role of the team of Party cell secretaries, village chiefs, women's association heads and prestigious people in community communication work. The town has a multi-ethnic population, so we focus on propaganda in local languages and promote propaganda in border areas.
"Women of Muong Khuong town are increasingly demonstrating their role in production and business activities. We have successfully created and are striving to maintain the Muong Khuong chili sauce brand, making it a strong commodity product, contributing to the realization of the local socio-economic development goals" - Ms. Ngoc Anh emphasized.
