Disability inclusion and gender equality policy advocacy

On September 18, at the People's Committee of Oc Eo commune (An Giang province), A An Food Joint Stock Company (Can Tho city) coordinated with the Women's Union of Oc Eo commune to organize a meeting to promote policies on inclusion of people with disabilities and gender equality.

Delegates were informed of the Party and State's policies on protecting, caring for, and supporting people with disabilities; gender equality, preventing and combating domestic violence; and programs to support women with disabilities and women in difficult circumstances to improve life skills and create stable livelihoods.

Giving gifts to disabled women and women in difficult circumstances in Oc Eo commune.

On this occasion, A An Food Joint Stock Company gave 50 gifts (each containing 5kg of rice) to disabled women and women in difficult circumstances in the commune.
