Project on Strengthening State management of notary activities in Nghe An province for the period 2024 - 2030, aims to strengthen State management solutions on notary in Nghe An province; Thereby meeting the requirements of continuing to socialize notary activities, ensuring stable and sustainable development of the notary profession, both increasing in quantity and ensuring quality in accordance with the orientation of the Notary Law, Resolution No. 172 of the Government and the socio -economic development situation of the locality.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh said that this is an area that is prone to many sensitive issues, and many places have committed violations. Therefore, the project must partially resolve the existing limitations, especially the notary activities outside the headquarters because this activity is most susceptible to violations. Moreover, the demand for notarization is increasing and it is becoming more difficult to authenticate, so the project needs to develop a digital solution for notarization activities following the digital transformation trend; At the same time, strengthen communication work to raise people's awareness of notarization activities.

Also this morning, leaders of relevant local departments and branches gave their comments on the Draft Decision promulgating the Regulations on coordination in the management and enforcement of laws on handling administrative violations in Nghe An province to replace Decision No. 2983 dated June 27, 2016 of the Provincial People's Committee.
