Every day, from 4am, salt workers have to go to the field to prepare for a working day. The salt fields in Hon Khoi are bright under the bright yellow sunlight, creating a simple but impressive pure beauty. The sunlight shining on the water surface makes each grain of salt sparkle like natural pearls from the ocean. Seawater is led into the fields, in the hot sun, salt workers rake the salt into small mounds to dry. Although it is hard work, but with perseverance, many generations of people in Hon Khoi have built the Ninh Hoa salt brand famous throughout the country.
