Accordingly, young scientists under 35 years old with a doctorate degree, young engineers under 35 years old with a university degree or higher, with outstanding achievements in research, invention or innovation will enjoy many incentives.
Policies include: priority in recruiting civil servants, financial support for forming strong research groups, being sent to work and receive short-term training abroad, and being assigned to be in charge of scientific and technological tasks.
Notably, talented young engineers receive an additional allowance equal to 150% of their current salary for the first 5 years.
The issuance of Decree 263 affirms the Government 's determination to discover, nurture and promote young talents, contributing to promoting the development of national science, technology and innovation.
