The training conference is one of the opening activities to implement the emulation movement "Digital Education for the People" on the topic of artificial intelligence, launched by the Supreme People's Procuracy throughout the industry.
The movement's goal is to popularize knowledge and skills in applying AI to 100% of leaders, civil servants, and workers; to form a culture of digital learning, self-study, and self-training to adapt to the requirements of digital transformation, innovation, and judicial reform.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, Deputy Director of the Hanoi People's Procuracy Ngo Hong Son emphasized that organizing the training course is not only a simple professional activity but also a transformation in the thinking and working methods of the capital's prosecutors in the digital age.
According to comrade Ngo Hong Son, artificial intelligence (AI) has been, is and will be an effective support tool for the management, operation and implementation of the functions and tasks of the industry, contributing to realizing the goal of "Solidarity, innovation - Courage, discipline - Professionalism, modernity".
At the conference, delegates were introduced and instructed on the use of basic artificial intelligence tools and paperless meeting software to equip them with knowledge and practical AI skills to help officials effectively use digital tools in their daily work, aiming to gradually apply AI to analyze case data, look up laws, synthesize professional reports, build the image of "digital prosecutors", and consider mastering technology as a criterion to evaluate the capacity and competition of each official and civil servant.

Leaders of units and functional departments all agreed that applying AI and paperless meeting software into work practices not only helps improve productivity, save time and administrative costs, but also contributes to modernizing public service activities, increasing transparency, responsibility and efficiency.
Deputy Director of the Hanoi People's Procuracy Ngo Hong Son affirmed: Every civil servant and employee of the two-level city Procuracy needs to consider learning and practicing digital skills as a regular task, a mandatory criterion in evaluation and competition. Those who know how to use AI will support and guide those who do not know, together spreading the spirit of "lifelong learning, learning in a digital environment".
Comrade Ngo Hong Son expressed his belief that after the conference, each prosecutor will become a "digital student", a "core factor", contributing to making the "Digital Popular Education" movement a regular, substantive and sustainable learning activity in the entire people's procuracy sector.
