Vingroup proposes to build Tu Lien bridge connecting the two banks of the Red River

Tu Lien Bridge project is one of the key traffic projects of Hanoi city, included in the transportation planning to 2030, vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister.

When completed, Tu Lien Bridge will connect the west bank of the Red River along Au Co - Nghi Tam route in Yen Phu and Tu Lien wards (Tay Ho district) with the east bank of the Red River in Dong Anh district.

When put into operation, Tu Lien bridge will share the pressure on Nhat Tan, Long Bien, and Chuong Duong bridges and increase traffic flow efficiency, reducing congestion on main roads.

Vingroup representative said that with experience in investing in construction of traffic infrastructure projects such as: building the elevated road along Ring Road 2, from Vinh Tuy Bridge to Nga Tu So, Vingroup is committed to completing Tu Lien Bridge on schedule and with quality, worthy of being one of the new symbolic works of the capital.

Regarding the investment in Tu Lien bridge, according to information from the Hanoi People's Committee, the expected investment scale is 11.5km long, of which the main bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge are 5.5km long, and the road connecting to the bridge in Dong Anh district is about 6km long.

Total project investment capital is about 22,000 billion VND.
