Regarding the case of a female tourist rushing onto the train tracks at a coffee shop along the railway to pose for photos when the train arrived, on the evening of June 18, the leader of the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District responded to Tuoi Tre Online about the verification and handling process.

Accordingly, the Hoan Kiem district authorities determined that the above action was dangerous, affecting the safety of people's lives and affecting the assurance of railway traffic safety.

Immediately after receiving the information, the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District issued a directive to the District Police and the People's Committees of Hang Bong, Cua Nam, Cua Dong, Dong Xuan, and Hang Ma wards to verify the information.

Through inspection, the People's Committee of Hang Bong Ward determined that the incident occurred in the area. The authorities have drawn up an administrative violation record against Mr. PNH (residing at 5 Tran Phu, Hang Bong Ward) for the violation of not having a business registration. For the above violation, Mr. H. faces a fine of 7.5 million VND.

"Mr. H. has signed the administrative violation record. The People's Committee of Hang Bong Ward has also reported and proposed a fine to the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District," he said.

According to the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District, the woman in the clip is a customer of Mr. H's shop, and he is also the one who pulled the girl away from the railway area.

After this incident, the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District requested the People's Committees of Hang Bong, Cua Nam, Cua Dong, Hang Ma, and Dong Xuan wards - where the railway runs through - to strengthen inspection and strictly handle business activities that violate the railway traffic safety corridor.

Earlier, on the morning of June 18, social media shared a clip of a girl running out onto the railway tracks to pose for a photo. At that moment, a train was approaching.

The clip was filmed at the train track coffee street through Hang Bong ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi .

When the train arrived, residents and business owners asked tourists to stand in a safe area. However, the girl suddenly rushed out and stood on the tracks, intending to pose for a photo. The train continuously sounded its horn to announce the arrival of the train.

Witnessing the tourist's actions, a man standing on the side of the road rushed over to stop her, pulling her inside in time before the train arrived.
