Accordingly, Ngoc Hoi commune has established 4 working groups to visit, encourage and give gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, and relatives of outstanding martyrs in the area. The groups are all led by key leaders of the commune to visit and give gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, relatives of meritorious people, and victims of Agent Orange in the area.
