Ngoc Hoi Commune visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and meritorious people.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, Ngoc Hoi commune organized many practical activities to show gratitude to families of policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services, and relatives of martyrs.
