
During the survey, representatives of non-public educational institutions in the province contributed many enthusiastic opinions, focusing on creating a favorable development environment for non-public educational institutions, equal to the public school system; proposing that the province have better support policies for students studying at non-public educational institutions, in order to ensure equal learning rights for all students.
School representatives also recommended that the province continue to review and plan the school network in accordance with actual conditions, effectively exploit socialized resources for investment in education, contributing to reducing investment pressure from the state budget; requesting priority to use surplus land and facilities after implementing the 2-level local government model to develop education, especially expanding the scale of high-quality private schools...

Regarding the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies in education and training development, delegates proposed adding many policies, such as: Having a mechanism to support social insurance payments for non-public teachers equivalent to those for public school teachers; providing textbooks for non-public students as for public school students; developing unified regulations on material facilities between preschool groups and private schools, creating fairness in enrollment; adjusting the general education program towards reducing academic knowledge and increasing practicality; having preferential policies on land, finance and investment in information technology infrastructure to encourage non-public sectors to participate in education development.

Speaking at the survey, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiastic and frank opinions of representatives of non-public educational institutions. She affirmed that non-public education is an important part of the national education system, contributing to diversifying types of education and sharing the burden on the state budget.
He requested departments, branches and localities to continue reviewing and developing mechanisms and policies within the province's authority to remove difficulties and create favorable conditions for the non-public education system to develop stably, sustainably and equally with the public school system. Opinions and recommendations will be compiled and reported to the National Assembly and the Government to complete the draft Resolution on specific mechanisms and policies for education and training development in the coming time.
